In early June 2026, the federal government unveiled its National Artificial Intelligence Strategy – AI for All, with the stated ambition of addressing the challenges and opportunities presented by AI in a rapidly evolving world.
The Coalition for the Diversity of Cultural Expressions (CDCE) believes it must also address the realities facing creators and cultural enterprises. With this objective in mind, the CDCE published an analysis of the Strategy that highlights a number of its key directions and puts forward concrete recommendations to strengthen its relevance for the cultural sector.
