A New Brunswick man formerly charged with murder in two cases is now wanted on new, different charges out of British Columbia.
Joshua John McIsaac had previously faced first- and second-degree murder charges in the deaths of two people before the charges were stayed by a judge last summer due to an evidentiary error by the Fredericton Police Force that has not been publicly disclosed.
RCMP Cst. Olivier Nelis, a spokesperson for the Penticton South Okanagan Similkameen Regional District in B.C., said in a phone interview that MacIsaac was wanted for forcible entry, assault and mischief under $5,000.
Nelis said he could not give any further details, including information about what happened that led to the charges,
