Hello Everyone!
As part of the Community Health Needs Assessment, Horizon Health will be conducting a Community Consultation on Grand Manan on Thursday, October 12 from 3:45 pm – 6 pm at the Grand Manan Wellness Clinic. This 2.5 hour session will provide an opportunity up to 20 people from Grand Manan to share what is important to them for their health and well-being. A light meal will be supplied.
