Discover what happens when great whisky meets great food.
Join us for an intimate six-course Whisky Experience Dinner featuring a curated journey from within the Rogue’s whisky cabinets. We’ll explore single malt Scotch whiskies from Deanston and Tobermory Distilleries, each thoughtfully paired with a course created to complement, and sometimes completely transform, the whisky in your glass.
We’ll begin in the Highlands with the honeyed, malty character of Deanston before travelling to the Isle of Mull and exploring the two remarkably different styles produced at Tobermory Distillery: the bright, fruity and unpeated Tobermory, and its smoky, maritime counterpart, Ledaig.

This isn’t simply dinner with whisky on the side. Each pairing has been selected to demonstrate the way smoke, salt, sweetness, citrus, oak, fruit and spice can interact between the plate and the glass.
Along the way, we’ll share the stories behind each distillery and whisky, tasting notes to look for and why each dram was chosen for its particular course.
From Deanston 12’s honeyed Highland character to the rich sherry, smoke, sea salt, coffee and orange notes of Ledaig 18, the evening builds toward a memorable smoky finale.
No extensive whisky knowledge required—just curiosity and an appetite.
