A freezing rain storm has caused widespread school cancellations in New Brunswick.
In the Anglophone West school district, zones three to nine, encompassing central New Brunswick, were all cancelled.
All schools in the Anglophone East school district also closed.
In Anglophone North, schools in Miramichi, Rexton and Tabusintac closed, while schools in Bathurst, Campbellton and Dalhousie had a delayed start.
Anglophone South closed its Sussex schools, Norton Elementary, Belleisle schools and Apohaqui Elementary.
All Francophone North East schools closed.
The Francophone South district closed schools in Baie-Sainte-Anne, Bouctouche, Cap-Pele, Cocagne, Dieppe, Fredericton, Grand-Barachois, Grande-Digue, Memramcook, Miramichi, Moncton, Notre-Dame, Oromocto, Richibucto, Rogersville, Saint-Antoine, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Saint-Louis de Kent and Shediac.
Some New Brunswickers also woke up without power on Wednesday.
