Witnesses in a Moncton financial crimes case that has stalled in court for years testified for a second time Tuesday, recounting what it was like to work alongside alleged fraudster Daniel Bard.

This is Bard’s second trial on 19 charges laid against him in 2022, including fraud, theft and money laundering.
