Moncton has joined hands with the federal government to simplify and speed up housing developments across the city.
On Thursday, leaders from both levels of government introduced a housing design catalogue at the Moncton city hall.
The catalogue is a set of floor plans and drawings, readily available for developers across the country who are looking to save time and money on the design process.
The goal is to speed up development by providing developers with ideas for designs that may work in the city and province where they plan to build.
