An criminal intelligence analyst testified briefly Friday afternoon about Daniel Bard’s phone records that the Crown says supports its theory that Bard was “ghosting” alleged financial crimes victims.
Normand Blais, who works for the RCMP, told Judge Anne Richard that he received “tens of thousands of rows of data” detailing communications going in and out of a phone under Bard’s name with Bell Mobility.
Bard, a former finance broker, is being retried in Moncton provincial court on 19 charges, including fraud, theft and money laundering.
