All Francophone Northwest schools and some Anglophone West schools are cancelled on Monday because of bad weather conditions.

No other school districts had school cancellations, according to their websites.

Anglophone West has cancelled schools in Edmundston, Grand Falls, Plaster Rock, Perth-Andover, Florenceville-Bristol, Centreville, Hartland and Woodstock.

Environment Canada snowfall warnings are in place for Edmundston, Grand Falls, western Restigouche County and Woodstock areas.

Total snowfall amounts could reach near 15 centimetres in northwestern areas of New Brunswick, the warning said. Snow will gradually taper to flurries later Monday.
