NEW YEAR, NEW CHALLENGE!
Get ready for January’s fitness challenge!
Humpty Dumpty sat against the wall
Humpty Dumpty did NOT have a Fall!
All of the trainers had smiles so warm
as they admired Humpty’s incredible form!
Can you beat Humpty with your wall sit? If so, you can win cool Y swag and bragging rights!

Maintain 90 degrees at knees and hip, with straight back against the wall. You may verify your form with your trainer before officially beginning. The timer ends when you release the wall sit, after your trainer has asked you to adjust your form more than twice. Each participant gets a total of two attempts month.'
