Dominique Marshall will be released from custody on a number of conditions, after being arrested following a motor vehicle collision on Monday night.
Police say the 25-year-old was behind the wheel of a car that crossed the centre line and collided head-one with an SUV on Berry Mills Rd. just before 7:30 p.m. A 16-year-old girl and an 18-year-old man died in the crash, while a 14-year-old boy and 16-year-old boy were also taken to hospital, the latter in critical condition.
Those teenagers were all occupants of the car. The five people travelling in the SUV, all from Arkansas, were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Marshall was arrested that night and charged two days later with two counts of dangerous driving causing death,
