Important Notice for Residents of Aroostook and Perth-Andover: Changes to Animal Control Services Starting October 21, 2023

Residents of Southern Victoria who reside in the old village limits of Aroostook or Perth-Andover, this is important information regarding animal control complaints or inquiries. Beginning October 21, 2023 we will be self-providing our services. Please contact the village office at 506-273-4959 and we will have our enforcement officer dispatched. If you live in one of the former LSDs of Perth or Andover, the SPCA has your contract until January of 2025, so please continue to contact the SPCA.
