The property tax pie is split in to 3 different pieces for a combined average rate of $1.1898 per $100/assessment.
The provincial levy is 0.4115 and goes directly to Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI) for the roads, an average of 0.4583 goes to the province for services provided by the Minister (fire and police) and the remaining 0.32 goes to Butternut Valley for municipal services.
