We are beginning the journey to create small, affordable homes to help people love the land. We are located in rural NB.
This will be our first year, building an Appleseed prototype.
Appleseed homes are designed for folks who want to live on the land. Every Appleseed is prepared for wood heat, hand-pumps for water, root cellars for food storage, including seed storage and seed starting areas, and attached greenhouse for a kitchen garden. So.. the big questions are:
Are you interested in small-scale farming? Do you know someone who is? Please reach out to us if you are looking for land to start a micro-farm. We want to invite newcomers to New Brunswick who wish to grow their food and love the land, like we do. We can help share insights we’ve made from living over 25 years in our off-grid home.
