The first cohort of nurses in a dual-degree program with the University of New Brunswick will soon be graduating — and many of them hope to continue working in the province.

When nursing student Della Raju came to Fredericton, it was her first time out of India and her first time on an airplane. Once she graduates, her goal is to come back to New Brunswick, which has struggled for years with a shortage of nurses.
