The case of a Beaubassin East man accused of killing another man in the southeastern New Brunswick community was delayed Friday after already being set back multiple times since September.
Philippe LeBlanc’s defence lawyer, Annie Maltais, asked Judge Paul Duffie to adjourn the case “for at least three weeks.”
Speaking in French, Maltais said she has not finished reviewing a second wave of disclosure in the case which she described as “quite long.”
LeBlanc, 29, is accused of killing Bless LeBlanc near Cap-Pelé last year.
