A jury has ruled that the death of a man killed at a New Brunswick worksite in 2024 was an accident, and has made a series of recommendations to prevent similar deaths.
Matthew Brawn, a 46-year-old from Regina, died in a workplace incident at a construction site where wind turbines were being erected in the Springdale area, east of Sussex.
Most of the recommendations from the Saint John jury who reviewed the case this week were directed toward Windturbine Construction Team Inc., the company responsible for installing the turbines.
