Matt Abbott, based at the Conservation Council’s marine conservation office in St. Andrews, brings over a decade of experience collaborating with Indigenous Nations and groups, coastal fishers and coastal communities to develop practical solutions to the complex challenges facing New Brunswick’s coastal ecosystems and communities.
Roberta Clowater offers 30 years of leadership experience in New Brunswick’s non-governmental conservation sector in campaigns to protect NB’s nature that have resulted in over half a million hectares of new protected areas. She has also taught environmental policy at St. Thomas University and the University of New Brunswick for over 15 years.
