A Moncton man who’s accused of killing another man at a local shelter appeared in provincial court on Thursday morning.
On Aug. 26, 34-year-old Zachary Pollock was found with serious injuries outside the Bridge to Home Shelter and Resource Hub on St. George St., which is run by the John Howard Society of Southeastern New Brunswick.
Pollock later died in hospital as a result of those injuries.
James Hannah, 30, was arrested without incident on Aug. 31 by the Codiac RCMP’s crime reduction unit and has remained in custody since.
Hannah is facing charges of first-degree murder.
