Word Feast invites submissions for two annual contests: the Word Feast Postcard Story Contest and the Word Feast Fredericton Playhouse Contest.

Word Feast is excited to announce our fourth annual Word Feast Postcard Story Contest! The winner will receive a $200 prize, and be invited to participate in Word Feast 2021 activities, be they virtual or live.
We want you to write about anything. WordFeast 2021 will have many themes: Re-Opening, Recovery, Resilience, Transformation. . . but you are not limited by these concepts. The only limit is what you can imagine. So. . . start writing!
What does re-opening mean to you? For some of you, it probably means getting out with friends or dining in your favourite restaurant, or going to Fredericton Playhouse (our partner!) for the first time in a couple of years. (By the way, have you got your tickets for Séan McCann and Andrea Aragon yet? And/Or it may mean something completely different: opening your heart again, starting over in a new city, going through another box…
For both contests, send the following to info@wordfeast.ca:
An email with the contest name in the subject line Your name, postal address, email, and the title of your submission in the body of the email As an attachment, a single piece of writing stripped of identifying information The entry fee of $10 by e-transfer. Use your last name as the answer to the security question
