We believe that nurturing education through and entertainment in positive, fun social environment truely creates a lasting impacts. Non-ordinary moments help build relationships. Join us @ our permaculture designed site where the development is speaking for itself, blending aspects of agriculture, forestry and homesteading into a functional AND beautiful, regenerative playground 
In 2014 we had our first “Praxis”, as two annual renditions of “everyone is a teacher” style outdoor gatherings without entertainment.
In 2017 we started the 5 year “Praxis Project” annual permaculture inspired art festival, as youve seen us Now achieved.. we NEED TO CELEBRATE !!

Now achieved.. we NEED TO CELEBRATE !!In the spirit of revolutionary ecology, regenerative economies, earth democracy, knowledge sharing & collectivism, we are creating opportunities to bring people together (week before / after as well) in the hopes that this will tighten our wide network, build relationships through non-ordinary moments, provide an example of a safer, really really green event, open our individual minds, strengthen our bioregion, and connect us to beyond….

ENTERTAINMENT
24h of nature emmersion paired with 12+h of full stage visuals and electronic DJ line up from across atlantic canada all converging on the regenerative dancefloor built at former praxis projects Our entertainment does not happen simutaneous to the education. Friday evening is available for those volunteers wanting to have a large campfire and acoustic jamborie of sorts. Saturday has a dedicated kids dance party from 4pm-6pm with Wobble Wallah, food is served than is a night of music lined up with fires around the site. Sunday there is a breakfast served, and after some workshops to conclude, we have lined up a local community tour !!

MEMBERSHIP
This is a membership-based, collectively organized annual gathering on private land. Membership means belonging- we are in this together. It also keeps our gatherings affordable by sharing some of the workload amongst participants while increasing camaraderie and making connections. Attendees will be asked to sign up for a “volunteer membershift” in one of the daily operations necessary for the gathering to actively live up to our Leave No Trace policy.

VENDING
This year we do provide a vending/sales opportunity Sunday afternoon to our members, for $20-$50 sliding scale (meaning you decide what you can afford). This is offered around the garden and forest. there is no indoor space, so please come prepared. If you wish to be part of this, pls tell us at – praxisprojectnb@gmail.com

LONG CREW get to learn the space up to a week before and after the event, preparing the space for our impact, and ensuring a safe awesome time. Food is provided 3 meals a day, alongside lotsa local opportunities to learn and be part of the neighbourhood. FOUR HOUR daily min commitment on praxis site, than its you.. Come for a visit! Be fed, help the evnt and meet the neighbourhood
