A 30,000-square-foot casino, entertainment centre and hotel is being proposed for Fredericton’s north side, on the edge of the St. Mary’s First Nation, also known as Sitansisk.

The Wolastoq River Resort Casino would be built in three phases and cost an estimated $170 million, according to Sitansisk Chief Allan Polchies.
