The owners of one of Fredericton’s most popular bakeries are expanding to the city’s downtown, hoping to introduce Korean-style bagels to a growing customer base after three years of building a loyal following at Boulangerie Seoul.
Seul Ah Jang and Seungho Kim are preparing to open Bagel Seoul in September in the former Chess Piece bakery on Queen Street.
For three years, Jang and Kim, who are also referred to as Sarah and Leo, have built a successful business with many customers returning nearly weekly to the Woodstock Road location since opening.
