Five people accused of conspiring to kill a man in 2019 were back in court Wednesday but the case was delayed another month.
Janson Baker, Jesse Logue, Nicholas Bain, Monique Boyer and Christopher Lennon are accused of conspiring to kill Sylvio Saulnier between Aug. 29, 2019, and Sept. 30, 2019.
Sylvio Saulnier was the son of Bernard Saulnier and Rose-Marie Saulnier.
A jury earlier this year found Baker guilty of murdering the couple in their Dieppe home, where their son lived, on Sept. 7, 2019.
The conspiracy charge was laid four and a half months ago but little has happened so far in the case.
