Empty bags of Big Mac and McChicken sauce have been washing up along the Bay of Fundy recently.
And local residents are not lovin’ it.
Karen Jenner frequently walks along the shoreline to pick up garbage and help keep the beaches clean. She has been picking up garbage for eight years but starting finding the bags about two years ago.
So far, she has found dozens of the bags washed up between Harbourville and Halls Harbour, N.S.
“Some of the bags say Big Mac Sauce and McChicken Sauce,” Jenner told CBC Radio’s Information Morning Nova Scotia.
