A New Brunswick woman’s death five years ago in Kent County is being examined by the RCMP, who are investigating it as a homicide.
Hyde Jochelman, 33, died on Oct. 27, 2021 at a residence in Saint-Paul, a small community northwest of Moncton near Saint-Marie-de-Kent, RCMP said in a news release.
The release said officers from the RCMP detachment in Richibucto were dispatched to the residence after a report of a sudden death. They found Jochelman dead when they arrived.
In an interview, RCMP Sgt. Dan Sharpe said police do have a suspect but have not made an arrest. He could not say if one would be made soon.
