Pursuant to Section 111 of the Community Planning Act, public notice is hereby given that Council of the Village of Arcadia is considering the following / Conformément à l’article 111 de la loi sur l’urbanisme, un avis public est par la présente donné que le conseil du village d’Arcadia examine ce qui suit.
Proposed Amendment: By-Law No. 6.8
To amend the Village of Cambridge-Narrows Rural Plan to allow a Hobby Farm in the Rural “RU” Zone.
To rezone the portion of PID 45209541 from Village Centre “VC” Zone to Rural “RU” Zone, subject to terms and conditions.
Amendement proposé : Arrêté no. 6.8
Modifier le plan rural du Village de Cambridge-Narrows afin d’autoriser une ferme d’agrément dans la zone rurale ” RU “.
Rezoner la partie du NID 45209541 de la zone Village Centre “VC” à la zone rurale “RU”, sous réserve de certaines conditions.
A Public Hearing concerning the adoption of the proposed amendment has been set for Monday, October 30th, 2023. The public hearing will start at 7:00 pm at the Cambridge-Narrows Municipal Office – 6 Municipal Lane, Cambridge-Narrows, Village of Arcadia.
Any person may obtain a copy of the proposed amendment at 1) the temporary office location adjacent the Jemseg Firehall, 91 Route 695, Jemseg, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday; 2) the Capital Region Service Commission (CRSC) office, 860 Prospect Street, Fredericton, from 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday; or 3) at the Village of Arcadia website: www.arcadianb.ca.

Persons wishing to comment on the proposed amendment may do so at the Public Hearing or in writing to Capital Region Service Commission, 860 Prospect Street, Fredericton, NB, E3B 2T8 or by email to planning@capitalrsc.ca. Written comments may be submitted to CRSC until 4:00 pm on Monday, October 30th, 2023.
Une audience publique concernant l’adoption de la modification proposée a été fixée au lundi 30 octobre 2023. L’audience publique débutera à 19 h au bureau municipal de Cambridge-Narrows – 6 Municipal Lane, Cambridge-Narrows, Village d’Arcadia.
Toute personne peut obtenir une copie de la modification proposée 1) au bureau temporaire adjacent à la caserne de pompiers de Jemseg, 91 Route 695, Jemseg, de 8 h à 16 h, du lundi au vendredi ; 2) au bureau de la Commission du Services Régionaux de la Capitale (CSRC), 860, rue Prospect, Fredericton, de 8 h à 16 h, du lundi au vendredi ; ou 3) sur le site Web du village d’Arcadia : www.arcadianb.ca.
Les personnes qui souhaitent commenter la modification proposée peuvent le faire lors de l’audience publique ou par écrit à la Commission du Services Régionaux de la Capitale, 860, rue Prospect, Fredericton (N.-B.), E3B 2T8 ou par courriel à planning@capitalrsc.ca. Les commentaires écrits peuvent être soumis à la CRSC jusqu’à 16 h le lundi 30 octobre 2023.
