We’re hiring:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and outgoing individual to fill the role of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure staff are following food control and safety regulations
• Create employee schedules based on business levels
• Assess development needs by completing employee performance reviews
• Delegate duties and tasks to staff to meet objectives and maximize resources
• Resolve customer complaints promptly
• Monitor the cleanliness of the pub and restaurant area
• Oversee accurate cash-out procedures and ensure necessary paperwork is complete
• Visible presence in the outlet especially during peak business levels
• Ensure stock is correctly rotated and stored to reduce wastage
• Organize promotional activities
• Maintain regular communication with staff and management through meetings and discussions
• To represent the values of the food and beverage department in a positive polite courteous manner.
Skills and Experience
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, hotel management preferred
• Able to work weekends and evenings
• Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant/hotel software programs
• Ability to speak both official languages is considered an asset
• Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
